Where is dr Ramirez? My dad was a patient at Lakeshore ENT and was supposed to have a tumor removed by Dr Ramirez, however when we called to make an appointment all they will say is that Dr Ramirez is no longer with them, nothing else and we received no letter stating that he has left the practice and we are assigning him a new dr! Extremely unprofessional office! Now I’m hunting for Dr Ramirez!!!

When we first Visted the doctor they were Really nice But ever since my Dad got his surgery done they Keep giving us Hard time like it’s ALWAYS something wrong whenever we make appointments we ask specifically for doctor Remirez but when we go there he’s never there ! They always make The appointment saying he is gonna be there and when we go there it’s always Some other doctor there instead of him ! Today I came with my dad to review his ct scan result which we had to do at another location since Their facility Messed it up the first time..and now they’re saying they need a “Disk version” of the result. I don’t Mind giving it but the thing is I made the appointment ONE month ago and NO ONE told me that I had to bring a Disk to the clinic. At this point they’re just giving us roundabouts !! Really Disappointed at their management and scheduling department !

Strong Clinical Team Held Back by Operational Inefficiencies and Communication Gaps Dr. Ramirez is a skilled, compassionate surgeon. His PAs are thorough and professional, and the front desk is friendly. The medical team delivers excellent care. But outdated systems and poor communication hold them back. - Scheduling is tricky, patients often request Dr. Ramirez but get a PA without warning. While the PAs are highly competent, the trust and reassurance that come from seeing one’s own surgeon should not be underestimated. - Patients from Corewell/Beaumont still need to bring diagnostic images on CDs in 2025! If you grew up with mixtapes and still have a soft spot, maybe it’s nostalgic, but this isn’t retro charm; it’s just inefficient. Every other out-of-system office accesses images online with less effort. You wouldn’t know unless you tried, but yes, things have actually improved since the CD era. The tech is old, but the manager’s attitude feels prehistoric. Patients get the kind of helpfulness you'd expect from an occluded artery: “we can’t do that,” instead of a more constructive response like, “we’ve tried and couldn’t make it work.” Maybe learn something from Dr. Ramirez,

I was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma. I was refereed to Dr. Ramirez from another surgeon they say me the following Day for a Consult on the 9th of August they pulled my surgery ahead to August 21st just days after the CT scan. I received very good care from His staff in the Hospital. All of the Dr's that have seen me have been very impressed with his work including my dentist.
